Our sustainable livelihood and skill building programmes aim to empower and equip educated and semi-educated youth with skills and expertise to excel and sustain themselves in the modern-day world.
A human rights-based inclusive approach to education with a goal to ensure that every child receives quality education. It recognises and promotes children’s right to equity and development.
We believe people are the solution. Through our work, we unlock human potential and ignite lasting individual, group and system transformation.
We create the desired impact by giving the stakeholders enough opportunity to express their thoughts and provide input.
Our programmes emphasize sustainability through early capacity building of stakeholders, system enhancements and knowledge transfer.
Our involvement with the children begins at the elementary school level, and we continue to support, handhold, and coach them until they attain a meaningful livelihood.
Become a Volunteer
Our programmes aim to initiate a change – a positive change in the education system, in children, in the society. To sustain this change requires the discretionary efforts of more individuals who can collectively contribute to the various gaps which exist that stops all children from having equal opportunity.
In a bid to sensitize and enroll more people for our cause, volunteers are invited by us to contribute in various areas and contribute their knowledge and skills.

Dr. Dhanalakshmi, a DSF-supported MD student at the prestigious AIIMS, is helping COVID -19 patients as the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic gripped India and the healthcare system buckled under its weight.
